Terms of service
Draft, pending attorney review. Each project is governed by its own signed agreement.
Estimates and proposals
Online estimates are not offers. Prices are set in a written proposal that both sides sign.
Payment
Projects typically require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due at launch. Care plans are billed monthly and can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own your website content and design. Your domain and hosting accounts are always in your name.
Changes
Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
